You see the best results when you take supplements consistently and using our subscription plan makes that easy. Each product has both fast-acting ingredients and ingredients that will make you feel better the longer you take them.

All of our ingredients including the capsule are 100% vegan.

Every one of our formulas is gluten-free.

Whilst all our products do not contain nuts, third-party facilities that manufacture our raw materials may process such ingredients. All equipment is cleaned following good manufacturing procedures to food-grade standards, however, there is always a very small possibility that traces of nuts may be present.

No, all our supplements are room-temperature stable, although we do recommend storing them out of direct sunlight, in a cool, dark place.

Our products have been carefully designed to be compatible with other menopause treatments, however, we do recommend that you talk to your health professional before starting any new supplements if you’re using prescribed medications.

All of our products are formulated with 100% natural ingredients, if you are unsure we would always recommend speaking with your health practitioner before taking any new supplements

No, the dosages provided in our formulations are for adults only.

We use Vcaps® in our supplements which are made from a cellulosic material derived from pine trees. In manufacturing, this material is combined with a gelling agent and water to form the capsules. Vcaps® are certified vegetarian, vegan, Kosher and Halal and are gluten, GMO, allergen and preservative-free.

We would never test any of our products on animals, are 100% cruelty-free.

We do strongly recommend taking the Foundation supplements - designed as an all-over brain and body tonic and the starting point to supporting your body on your menopause journey. If you choose not to use the Foundation product, this won't affect the results of the other supplements in any way.

No, although we highly recommend you do. You see the best results when you take supplements consistently and using our subscription plan makes that easy. All of our formulas have both fast-working ingredients and ingredients that will make you feel better the longer you take them. For this reason, and for long-term benefits, we recommend taking our supplements for a minimum of 3-6 months.

Absolutely, our products are designed for you to mix and match and target your symptoms, if your symptoms have changed, simply swap for a different product that’s needed via your account dashboard

Delivery

The Menopause Co. will replace any products that arrive damaged. Email our contact support team for assistance at support@themenopauseco.com

Mostly, parcels are delivered within the outlined time frames. Occasionally you may need to wait just a little longer and keep an eye on your tracking details. If you believe that your parcel is significantly delayed, missing or returned to sender, contact us via our dedicated customer service email address support@themenopauseco.com

Please be very sure of your purchase, foods and perishable goods cannot be returned. As all The Menopause Co. supplements are perishable goods, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for any purchases made. For full details please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
