How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll be sent an email with your tracking number so you can check its whereabouts at all times.

How long does the ordering processing take?

Depending on the time of your order, your order will be processed on the same or the next business day. Usually, orders received before 10am will be processed the same day. Orders received after 10am are generally processed and then dispatched the following business day.

Occasionally due to matter out of our control, processing and dispatching your order may take a little longer. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not processed and dispatched on weekends.

When should I expect my delivery if I live in Australia?

This will depend on your location and the shipping service you choose.

Depending on how quickly you want to receive your order, we have 2 shipping options you can choose from.

#1: Regular shipping
In most cases, this will take 2-5 business days for your package to arrive, depending on your location.
Deliveries to Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne are generally 2-5 business days. If you live in Western Australia, Northern Territory or a remote region this may take a little longer, up to 7-9 days maximum.

#2: Express shipping
Please note, Express shipping unfortunately does not mean within 24 hours. In general, it takes 1-3 business days on average for your package to arrive, depending on your location.

Deliveries to Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne are mostly 1-2 business days. If you live in Western Australia, Northern Territory or a remote region this may take up to 7 days. You can track your package every step of the way.

Whilst we will process your order as quickly as possible, please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse we don’t have any control over when it will arrive. Sometimes it will be quicker, and other times it can be delayed.

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

Mostly, parcels are delivered within the outlined time frames. Occasionally you may need to wait just a little longer and keep a close eye on your tracking details. All orders are shipped with reliable third-party carriers, once your parcel is dispatched, it is out of our control and with the courier for delivery as soon as possible.

If you believe that your parcel is significantly delayed, missing or returned to sender, contact us via our dedicated customer service email address support@themenopauseco.com. Please provide your order number and the name and address used on your order so we can respond as quickly as possible.

We'll reply to all emails within 48 hours, but likely much sooner. Please note that our customer service team do not work on weekends, so you will not receive a response until the next business day.

Rest assured we always endeavor to provide assistance as soon as possible, we ask that you are patient whilst we resolve any issue. Our staff will not tolerate abuse. Anyone who is disrespectful to our staff will be placed at the back of the queue.

I entered my shipping address incorrectly. What should I do?

Please always take a moment to double-check that the contact name and shipping address you enter when placing your order are correct. This is your responsibility.

We understand that mistakes do happen, and things change, please ensure you contact us immediately as we may still be able to correct your order. Unfortunately, we can’t make any promises, if your order has been dispatched we may have to wait for it to ‘return to sender’, but we’ll always try our very best for you!
Please note, if we are extremely busy, you may be charged $10.00 by our warehouse for providing an incorrect address, it can take some time to try and resolve the problem, slowing down the efficiency of the warehouse.
